All of our maternity gowns, wedding‑guest dresses and formal outfits are carefully handmade after your order is placed.
Please allow 3‑5 business days for production, quality‑check and packing before your package ships out.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a live‑tracking number to monitor your shipment online.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

Delivery times are estimated and not fully guaranteed, delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, peak holiday seasons or courier‑related issues.
We strongly recommend placing your dress order at least 3‑4 weeks ahead of your scheduled photoshoot, baby‑shower or wedding event, to leave enough buffer time.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs taxes or local clearance fees charged by your destination country.

RETURN POLICY

Standard sizes are returnable within 14 days of receipt. Custom color and Custom size is not supported to return.
All colors are customized except for As picture

All returnable items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with yellow return tags need to be kept intact!
